Drewscape illustrates for print ads, magazines and picture books. He also does storyboarding for advertising agencies.
I was formerly an art director at DDB Worldwide, and then started out as a professional illustrator in 2004. Since then, I've been illustrating for advertising agencies. On a regular basis, I also illustrate for the on-going children's series Sherlock Sam, as well as the monthly Young Parents Magazine. On the side, I enjoy writing and drawing comics. The short story "Moving Forward" in my first graphic novel Monsters, Miracles & Mayonnaise was nominated for an Eisner award in 2013. I'm based in Singapore but I'm also open to working with clients around the world.
The work will progress in stages so you'll be able to monitor how the artwork develops according to your specifications. After we've spoken, I will produce a rough pencil sketch to nail down the general picture. After that is OK-ed, the tighter sketch comes next. When all necessary changes are finalised, I will then work on the final artwork.
